Shipping Rates

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Tracking
All orders ship with USPS tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is picked up by the carrier.
Discreet Packaging
All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding or product descriptions visible on the outside.
Returns
Return Policy
We accept returns on unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery. Opened products cannot be returned except in cases of:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective product
How to Start a Return
1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll review your request and provide a return shipping label if eligible.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.
4. Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it's still missing, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.
